Suggest Treatment For Nasal Bone Spur

Sir..I have been suffering from breathing problem since one or two years...once some specialist said like extra bone has grown up in ur nose..so need to get operated.since im busy with my studies ans all the stuff I just neglected it...and now im getting severe headache and chest pain too..am a girl of 21 years old.doing my final year engineering..please suggest me what to do now sir..
