Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Ear Blockage

I'm suffering nasal congestion, ears intermittently blocked. Supposed to take a short flight this afternoon in about 4hours. I have taken a clarinase, am drinking warm water and lemon, have taken a steam room about an hour ago with some olbas oil on a tissue for inhalation. I'm now laying in bed and my legs are sweating quite a bit. Advice? Not sure if I should be flying- I'm a flight attendant
