Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Pressure On Uterus

I had c section20 months back..... And few days back i had nasal congestion and bcoz of that l started try cleaning my nose.. Due to which I felt some pressure in my uterus and whenever I tried cleaning my nose I pee in my pants, drops... It happened for two days and after I started bleeding.. Is it possible, just bcoz I had c section and my trying to clean the nose ruptured the stitches in my uterus and m bleeding.... Plz help..
