Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion In A Child

My son has been taking Nasacort for a month now and it seemed to work like a charm. However, yesterday and today, he sprayed Nasacort just like before, once a day in the morning, and it is not working. He is having some serious nasal congestion which makes him cough and he is miserable. Any advice please?
