Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion

sir i amhemanth from hyd 40 years.....i have problem that out of two holes in nose one always will be blocked ..someyimes left some times right side..boththe nosels will not be free for me..dr sab can u sugest wat treate ment i have totake since am using 50% air only am thin pl guidem esie ---hemanth hyd 0000
