Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion

I am finding that my nasal passages ar constantly blocked and I go through periods whereby my nose runs for no reason all day and then stops the next day, going back to being blocked. I have asthma and heart problems and I am finding that my nasal problem makes it difficult to breathe.
