Suggest Treatment For Nausea, RUQ And RLQ Abdominal Pain

Hi, I am experiencing RUQ and RLQ abdominal pain. RUQ is a burning sensation while RLQ is stabbing /sharp pains x 1 week. I do not have a GB, R ovary, or an appendix. I have been taking Questran-orally bid x1week and Hyoscamine as well with no relief. Had a CTScan w&w/o contrast on Tuesday 01/27 only to be told that there is some fecal backup,, but that it looks to be intestinal infection. Was given IM shot of Bentyl and told to take lomotil, which has no relief. I am in constant pain with persistent nausea.
