Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Ankle Pain After Fall

Today i've fallen, I was running down some stairs and i tripped over the last few, I may have heard a crack but i'm not sure. I experienced nausea for a few mins and then it faded away, but my ankle was in pain. It is still hurting and i've had it levitated and had a ice pack on it for half a hour. It has done nothing.

I can see light bluish/purple marks beginning to form on my skin, and it's swelled up a little.

What should i do?
