Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Blood In Urine

I keep seeing blood after I wipe from going pee. I had a sinus and ear infection so fast care gave me an antibiotic and then I started to see blood, kind of had a light period and now it's back to blood on the toilet paper. My belly keeps making noise, I get nauseated at times and am starting to get scared. Can you help me?
