Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Body Ache

I woke up this morning very nauseated and with a horrible headache. I stayed in bed all day untill about 430pm I got up and moved around a litlle bit and I started gettin the chills and massive body aches to where j didn't want to get off the couch. I'm also a little congested what should I take?
