Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Chills In Pool After Sun Exposure

Hey, I was in the Hot sun all day during work, after work, I went for a jog, it was approx 95 deg. I have done this before, in same weather with no problems... today I went in my pool after the jog, now I feel weak, nausia, with the chills/ goosebumps... not too bad of a headache..
