Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Constipation During Pregnancy

Hi there
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and the last week have noticed I've been constipated and not going as much as I normally would. I have also been suffering with nausea and have been eating a lot of fruit and fibre bran cereals to help with this. Today my stool was very dark in colour and hard..is this normal?!
