Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Dizziness

my shoulder slumps i'm dizzy all the time had lots test i feel like my head is going to explode nausia no energy close eyes just for second so dizzy i'm afraid i'ii go to sleep and no wake up seen doc lots test mri's ekg ct lots of test still don't know. but this is not helping me. Thank You. Robin
