Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Fatigue Followed By Diarrhea And Vomiting

I had nausea and fatigue for 2 days and finally diarrhia and vomiting which occured only once on the second day. I felt better but the nausea still persists on the third day. My concern is that the diarrhia was tar black. Is the color something I should worry about?
