Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Loss Of Appetite In Teens

Can hormones in my non menstrating 12 year old make her have problems with nauseousness? She seems close to getting her period, (acne starting, pubic hair,breast development)but periodically will say the smell of food makes her feel sick and loss of appetite. This can last for 4 days or so.
