Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Loss Of Appetite

Hello,I just recovered from a bad bout of the flu. Day 7 today. The first few days I had a pretty healthy appetite which changed to nauseousness and lack of appetite and now since last night I have major hunger pangs that don t go away with eating. I ve had a few tums but not sure if that is helping either.
