Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Pain In The Tailbone

I feel nauseated most noticeable when driving and tailbone pain and recently bleeding from bowels but not bleeding anymore and bleeding only once recently. I do have frequent constipation. Should I be concerned or not? 7/10 discomfort without Advil.
