Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Pain While On Birth Control Implant

I have become not very well, i feel nauseas, dizzy, sick, pains in my stomach, migranes, I am tired all the time and I dont have an appetite. I am on the pill and the implant, the pill is to clean up my periods. I havent had a period since January. I am sexually active and we don't use condoms as I am on the implant.
