Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Dizziness And Headaches

My mother has not been feeling well for a few months now. C/o nausea, dizziness, headaches, sudden onset sensitivity to certain foods/drinks. She developed a yellow discoloration above her right eye a few days ago. She woke up this morning with a bruise to her right side around the bottom of her ribcage. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this??
