Suggest Treatment For Nausea, High Heart Rate, Muscle Weakness And Headache

I was in thED on Christmas and stayed over night to rule out cardiac issue. Entered the er with Nausea, high Hearst rate, muscle weakness, headache, fatigue,chest pressure, pain in bot arm neck and back I am concerned as not much has changed except everything is more manageable. Can control pain with naproxen but with increased activity it returns. I have type 2 diabetes using insulin, COPD allergic to birds, enlarged thyroid, hypertension, CAD. I am 65 female. I can t See my PCP until Monday.
