Suggest Treatment For Nausea While On Estrogen Patch After Hysterectomy

I am eight weeks out from my hysterectomy and have a 0.5 estrogen patch and have woken up the last few days with nausea, but its just the feeling I am going to be sick, I have never gotten sick. Is there anything I can do to stop feeling this way in the morning due to the fact now I am back to work full time?
