Suggest Treatment For Nausea

My daughter took one half of a hydrocone due to a severe headache, she is very nauseated, thinks she may have the stomach flu. She is 53, my question is can she take a restoryl 30 mg so she can sleep and hopefully Feel better. Any suggestions for the nausea? Thank you
