Suggest Treatment For Nausea,cough And Pain In The Ribs

i have had nausiea and a cough and pain in my ribs and back on my right side for 7 weeks , went to the doctor twice , first they said broncitis , took medicine , for a week , not gone ..... went back had a chest xray , and it came back fine , what is wrong with me ?
