Suggest Treatment For Nausea,headache And Cold Sweats

I have been experiencing heavy bought of deja vous for some time now, male 37 years old, today was the latest episode from around 9am till now an episode can last upto 1 hour, with the feeling of nausea, cold sweats and headaches...i dont know what to do "Ironic i know" please advise
