Suggest Treatment For Neck And Back Pain

My 20 year old son was injured playing hockey. Punched in teh back of the head and then went down on the ice landing on forehead (he did have a helmet on) He was dizzy, had a headache and difficulty walking. Eyes looked ok. Took tylenol and went to bed (i checked him during the night) now @ 13hrs afterward he is very tired, can barely keep him awake, dizzy,headache, (not worse) neck pain and now back pain. He also has a horizontal "knot" just jyst above eyebrows. He has no primary care MD at the time due to his age he is finding one to ask this of. It is seither urgent care or ER, but he says it is not needed. SHould be be checked out??
