Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain After Accidentally Bumping Head

I was trying to get out of my car, but the snow was higher than I expected. I hit the top of my head on the roof of my car and heard my neck crunch. Now my neck hurts. It has only been about 30-40 minutes but what should I do? Could I have done some serious harm?
