Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Coughing After Treated Dizziness

i was feeling unsteady and dizzy i went to te doctor he only didi a physical exam and gave me betaserc aerius and nasoflex he told me it could be otite or an inner ear infection the dizziness is a lot better now the attack are a decreasing but now im coughing mucus a lot at morning and before sleeping at night only and i have pain in my neck .
