Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain Resulting From A Fall?

I am a 51 yr old woman who took a bad fall out of a hot tub, resulting in facial lacerations, goose egg on forehead, two severe black eyes and now shoulder and neck pain. This happened over two weeks ago. The goose egg is finally going down, but the neck pain is still bad. What can I do to help it?
