Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain While Suffering From Congenital Block Vertebrae

Hi, My aunt is diagonsed with Congenital block vertebrae - c5/c-6 segment. She is also diagnosed as c-6-c7 disc degnerative changes. She is visiting us from India. She is in lot of pain. She is taking pain killers and doing some neck excercise. We need a second opinion on this. How she can be helped and what is the solution for her problem. We are in desparate in need for help as she is here till end of July. We feel terrible to see her in so much pain. Could you please, please , please help?
