Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain With Cough

im having back pains especially in the upper part almost to the neck, i feel tired and not feeling well almost everyday. It seems i easily get tired, i cough sometimes but there's no phlegm. i have a history of bronchitis. whats wrong with me? please help
