Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain

I think i slep in a wrong position and it turned up with muscle pull exactly at the back of my right ear. I feel very pain every few seconds. I don't think i have any other issues like nausea or vomiting. I am perscribed zerodol-p. Is there something better that can ease the pain. Thank you.
