Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain

Dear Doctor, iam 36 year old male, i have problem of neckpain, oneday when i wakedup from sleeping it is started with big pain, that day i could not turn my head to left and down,it is before 1 week, now it is came less pain, have any solution for this?
