Suggest Treatment For Neck, Shoulder And Upper Back Pain

Hi I have had severe neck/shoulder /upper back pain all my life after finally seeing a chiropractor he sent me for x rays then an MRI ~discovered I have C34 c56 vertebrae fused c 34 is a hemi naproxen . hurts my stomack another muscle relaxant makes me sleepy (I think it was ciprolex?) im desperate for help and relieve its affecting my life. where is there a specialist in Ontario for this? What type of medication can be used?
