Suggest Treatment For Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia And Sciatica

Hi, my name is Sharyn and I am 52. I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I suffer from neuropathy, fibromyalgia, sciatica and a whole slew of mobility and functioning issues. I also have acid reflux and asmtha. I have suffered from overweight most of my life and currently weigh 250. I have a history of anorexic behaviors- forced vomiting about 8 times a day by the end with laxative abuse daily. the anorexia began at 10, peaked at 20 and continued another 20 years getting worse over time. there are no anorexic behaviors (13 yrs), I eat a well balanced diet, exercise 5-6 days a wk but can not loose over 10 pounds. I have constant upper and lower intestinal cramping, sometimes sharp pain, nausea (without vomiting), dizziness, balance issues, baloating when I eat more then a TBSP of anything, diaria and/or constipation daily. I have had a colonoscopy- no palops. I eat gluten free (4yrs), dairy free (2yrs), high fiber. I am super frustrated and my Drs have no idea where to look. I have gone thru the questions you have asked but I am unable to pay anything since I have no income as I have been pending a disability case now for 6 months
