Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats, Back Pain And Sinus Infection

Ive been suffering on many small symptoms but getting increasingly annoying. Nightsweats drive me crazy. Im having swollen glands some lower back pain. Had some chest discomfort but ruled out heart w a stress echo test. Sinus headaches and can fall aslp anytime anywere. Ive also developed some interesting pimples on my face first it swells up then it gets a puss head. All in all im healthy otherwise
