Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats, Headache And Fatigue

I am experiencing terrible night sweats. My clothes and bed are drenched. I have also had a lot of headaches and fatigue. I'm not sure if they are related. My immunity resistance seems down as well as I have had three incidences of illness in three months....any suggestions?
