Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats

My boyfriend has been having night sweats. He is 20 years old and this is his first year in college. He used to get them before once in a while, but lately they ve been happening a few times a week. He has been having some nightmares, and the temperature in his room fluctuates. He doesn t have any swollen glands and he hasnt had weight loss. I just want to know the reason.
