Suggest Treatment For Nightfall And Feeling Of Looseness Of A Testicle

Hi, I have nightfall problems from the age of 19 now I am 23.. In the starting period of nightfall I was depressed and feeling so weak.. Now I am mentally prepared myself about this.. But I still bother what if I will not treat this... ? And my left testicle is Lower than Right and I always feel looseness in my testicle..! I tried to treat this but I was scared of fake medicines and doctors ..! I am very so unhappy bcz of this please please do suggest and advice best treatment for this ss
