Suggest Treatment For Nightfall In A Child With Nerve Disorder

Hi my son is 14 years old and he has weakness in his nervous system( since birth) he leaks pre cum during sleep and I have to wash the sheets almost every two days he also has structure problem(spinal cord). He doesn t eat hot foods and I don t know the reason should I consult to a doctor or if the problem is not serious then how should he overcome it .
