sir my self vishal dubey i not explain u my problem in english it is difficult to descrbe sir my question is i am 18 years old but my penis size is very small and ihve a prblm of realising sperm in night in 2 or 3 days and my abdomen size is larger than penis my penis size is 3to 3.5 inch wht i do to stop this prblm bcse i hve a tension of to not satisfy my wife or any partner in physical relationship plz anyone help me
