Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Penile Tumescences

Hello, My name is Antwaun and a concern just presented itself to me. Let me start by telling a little bit about myself. I'm a stay at home dad for 4 years now - Had a couple of part time jobs, finished my school in the process (Bachelor's Degree). I will be 32 this August and I have been working out off in on, but more since March this year after graduation.

Now, the problem I having seems to be about no Nocturnal Penile Tumescences- Morning Glory. I have awesome erections during intercourse without a problem, but in the mornings----- Nothing. I have noticed this problem for a week now. Is there a reason to be concerned.
