Suggest Treatment For Noise In The Ear

Hi Doctor I have some problem in ear I have contacted one ENT specialist about the same. He has told me that there is some problem in nerves and has prescribed Tab Bilovas and Cap Aquasol A Thouhg my hearing is normal at times i experience some kind of noise in my ears. Myself nawshina, aged 41 a housewife. My regular medication is for thyroid I take thyrox 100 mg daily. Earlier I had some problem with menses now it is normal. my weight is around 60 kg and my height is 160 cm. Kindly advise
