Suggest Treatment For Non Scarring Alopecia

Hello... I am 26 Year old and I have some patches of alopecia on my chin from two -three years. I consulted many doctors and applied many medicines including Minoxidil, Trichort Inj., Tenovate Cream etc as advised by doctors. But, the irony is that instead of recovery few more patches develop on my chin and many hairs on my beard turn grey. Recently I did a skin biopsy test on advice of my doctor and that shows "Non Scarring Alopecia". I am going to get tied in wedlock and I am very much worried... Please suggest me what to do?
