Suggest Treatment For Non-spherocytic Hemolytic Anemia With A Large Spleen And Gallstones When Some Doctors Recommend Splenectomy

hello 32 years old i have hemolytic anemia since i was born its not diagnosed till now i did alot of blood tests inside and out side my country Egypt they told me its non-Shperohemolitic anemia . I have large spleen 22 cm alway i have syptoms of hemolysis anemia such as yellow skin fatigue low of concentration, My hemoglobin range 8.5-9.5 i dont transfer blood just keep on iron and vitamins and B12 some doctors told me splenectomy will be your solution other told me your case is good so you dont need splenectomy dont take the risk i also have gallbladder stones due to the hemolytic anemia . I saw your website that you can diagnose hemolytic anemia cases is not clear for doctors hope it can help me . Just tell ne how can i go for it and do the genetic test what is the process .
