Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed After Injury

i broke my nose 3months ago my left side was the more damaged side but it healed i didn't get any nose bleeds since but come now 3 months later ive been getting little drops lately but the drops have turned into acutal nose bleeds but the weird thing is its my right side not my left.
