Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed And Kidney Failure

I just need a quick help one of my cousin sister is in danger her both of the kidney's got damaged.
when she visited one of the hospital in varansi india they have suggested that she need to go for the Dialysis on urgent basis. and suddenly we are able to know that several clots in her body. and there was discharge of blood from her nose . but after dialasis she is ok as of now. but doctors are suggesting to go for Kidney transplant.
Kindly advise me what to do in this case.
Her keratinin has reached to some what around 10.5
