Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed And Throat Pain After Injury

I just started boxing and sparred for the second time tonight. Both times I have sparred I was feeling fine before and then after getting hit in the nose/face a few times I have a sore throat. Tonight in particular, my opponent drew a little blood from the nose and my throat hurts more than last time. Is this nasal drip or is something else going on?
