Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed

I accidently got headbutted earlier which caused me to have a nose bleed. Ever since then i've had a headache and the right side of my jaw has ached. I've taken some paracetemol and it hasn't done anything. Would you be able to help me figure out whats wrong?
