Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed

started having a nosebleed 6 weeks ago, i now have one once a week, and they seem to be getting heavier. Always from the right nostril. My last nosebleed was yeserday which lasted about 15 minutes. I felt exhausted and shaky after, and I have had a build up in pressure in my nose and around my right temple since. Should I be concerned?
