Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding

hello doctor ?i have a question.my husband was a cocain addict for over 15 years ,he cnorted it on a regular basis.its been almost three years since he has stopped doing it.at first he got nose bleeds very often,but then they stopped too.but last night he got a nose bleed.i am very worried ,does it mean he is using again?or is it just a long term effect of regular use in the past?thank you
